Freezing Cookies

I prefer to have fresh baked cookies...with the exception of my Soft Sugar Cookies. This is just a little blurb about freezing cookie dough. It works with all of the dough I use.

FREEZE
Make cookie dough according to your recipe. Make dough balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet about 1/4" apart. Freeze about 1 hour until solid. Move to a gallon sized ziptop freezer bag. Label & date, and add the baking temperature and time to the label. To cook, place frozen cookie balls on a cookie sheet, and let sit on the counter for 1-2 hours, or until thawed. Bake as usual.
