White Chicken Chili

This recipe comes from Weight Watchers. Its super quick and easy! This soup reheats well the next day too. Good for leftover chicken, and/or leftover beans.

White Chicken Chili
1 (12oz)can chicken, reserve juice OR 1-2 cups leftover chicken, shredded
2 cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup salsa (I like Pace Picante)
4 cups chicken broth
1 Tbsp italian seasoning

Add all ingredients to saucepan. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot.
