Citrus Salad

This is one of the components of Rob's family's Christmas breakfast menu. It's more like a soup than a salad...yummy!

Citrus Salad

8 large oranges
2 large pink grapefruits
2-4 Tbsp sugar
Peel and section the fruit. Using a paring knife, scoop out each individual section of pulp. Put the pulp into a large bowl and squeeze the juice from the leftover outer membrane into the bowl. Discard the membrane. Add the sugar...to taste. Refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving.
