Milk Gravy

Thanks to my friend, Ozz for the measurements on this one. She is so good about posting "need to remember to make" recipes that we could make with our eyes shut!

Milk Gravy
3 T meat drippings (bacon,beef,poultry,ham)
3 T flour
2 c milk
salt and pepper to taste
Leave 3 T of drippings in pan that meat was cooked in. Add flour and brown slightly while stirring. Remove from heat and add milk, stir well. Return to heat and stir mixture until thick and smooth. Season to taste. Makes 2 cups.
