Cheese Crisps


These are another easy, quick, crowd pleaser.

Cheese Crisps
Flour tortillas
cheese, grated (cheddar, mozzerella, monterey jack, pepper jack, etc.)
salsa

Place tortilla on a plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook about 30 seconds. Cut into triangles. Top with salsa. These could be broiled as well.
