These are super easy.
French Dip Sandwiches
1 loaf french bread
butter
1 lb deli roast beef
1 container Johnny's Aus Jus dip
I buy the roast beef in the deli and have it sliced for sandwiches. We usually eat this meal when the roast beef is on sale. Find the Johnny's in a small white bottle, with a red white and blue label, in the condiments or sauce packets section of the grocery store. Some stores carry it, others don't. I always requested that my Walmart get it in. They would stock it for a couple of months.
Cut the french loaf in half lengthwise. Butter each side and toast on a large griddle, or under the broiler. Cut the bread into sandwich size pieces. Tear the roast beef into bite size pieces and lay in a skillet. Add the Johnny's and water (follow the package directions) to the roast beef. Heat through. Serve the meat on the bread and use the juice in the pan for a dipping sauce.
