This one has been published everywhere, but I forget to make it...so, here it is on my blog. My sister-in-law uses cream of celery soup due to an allergy her son-in-law has. I like it just as well. It really doesn't change the flavor too much.
Green Bean Casserole
1 1/3 cups french fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom OR cream of celery soup
3/4 cup milk
good pinch of pepper
2 cans green beans
Drain green beans. Mix soup, milk, pepper, beans, and 2/3 cup onions in a large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir. Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 more minutes.
