Corn Tortillas

Find the masa in the Mexican foods section of the grocery store. I like Ma Se Ca masa harina.

Corn Tortillas:
masa harina
vegetable oil
salt
warm water
Mix a dough until just moist enough to work without falling apart. Roll into balls and flatten. Cook on a hot, dry griddle til browned.
