Jo's Fruit Crumble

Jo's Fruit Crumble

2 cups flour
1 cup oats
1 cup sugar
1/2 brown sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fruit....
fresh berries or a berry rhubarb mix.
OR a batch of runny (didn't set up right) jam
You could use anything that's not watery.

Cut the flour, oats, sugar, brown sugar, butter, and salt together until crumbly. Press half this mixture into a 13x9 cake pan.  Spread the fruit over the crust and crumble the remaining dry mixture on top.  Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
