BBQ Chicken Pizza (Rob's Favorite)

Rob first had this in Kansas City. It's his favorite. Good for something new for casual company. Good for leftover chicken.

BBQ Chicken Pizza
Pizza crust...enough for 1 pizza...see pizza dough recipe
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (any kind you like)
1 can chicken, drained (I like Costco canned chicken) OR leftover, cooked, shredded chicken (I freeze the juice from the canned chicken for chicken noodle soup.)
2 cups mozzerella, grated (or your own cheese blend)
1-2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat dough onto baking sheet & prick with a fork. Bake
for 10 minutes if thin crust, or 15 minutes for thicker crust. Remove from oven. Spread with BBQ sauce. Cover with chicken, and add cheese on top. Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve hot pizza with chilled, fresh tomatoes and onions on top.
