Peanut Butter Cookies

This is another recipe from my dear friend, Carly. This one uses whole wheat flour. They are puffy and soft.

Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Cream margarine, peanut butter, & sugar. Add eggs and vanilla...beat well. Combine dry ingredients & add to creamed mixture...1/2 cup at a time. Roll dough into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet and mash, once in the center, with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to a cooling rack.
Makes 2 dozen
