Quick Turkey Tetrazzini

This one is great for Thanksgiving or Christmas leftovers. It would be suitable for chicken leftovers, as well. Its a quick one pan meal.

Quick Turkey Tetrazzini
1 large handful spaghetti
1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
1 can cream of chicken OR cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3-4 Tbsp heavy, unsweetened cream
1 cup french fried onions (optional)
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain in a colander in the sink. Put the empty pan back on the stove. Turn the heat to medium, and add turkey, canned soup, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat through, stirring occasionally...about 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the cream. Add spaghetti to the pan and mix well. Serve hot with a sprinkling of french fried onions on top.
