Taquitos


Taquitos
1 cup cooked beef or pork, shredded(leftover roast is good for this)
12 corn tortillas
vegetable oil for frying
Spoon 1 Tbsp beef across bottom of each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Heat 1 inch oil to 350 degrees. Fry taquitos, turning once, until golden brown...about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
