Flautas
1 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
1 Tbsp green chile (optional)
12 flour tortillas
vegetable oil for frying
Mix chicken and green chile together. Spoon 1 Tbsp chicken across bottom of each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Heat 1 inch oil to 350 degrees. Fry flautas, turning once, until golden brown...about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
