Parmesan Chicken

This chicken is YUM! Its super easy in the crock pot too. Make a broccoli salad to go with this in summer, or steam the broccoli and add butter for winter.

Parmesan Chicken
4 chicken breast halves, cut into strips
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c bread crumbs (I like italian seasoned crumbs)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Melt butter. Dip chicken in butter and then in crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until done.

Crock pot

Spray crock pot with pan spray. Layer breaded chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle remaining dry breading mixture over the top. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, or until cooked through.
