Pineapple Upside Down Cake

I love homemade cakes. This one is moist and delicious.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake:
Topping:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
Cake:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup boiling water
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13" cake pan. Spread the topping ingredients evenly in the bottom. Cream together the eggs and sugar. Mix in the vanilla. Sift the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients in, alternating with the boiling water until completely mixed. Pour over the topping. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes, or until done.
