Vegetarian Wrap

Vegetarian Wrap:
cream cheese
dry ranch
avocado, sliced
tomato, cut into thin strips
fresh spinach
onion, cut into thin slices
bean sprouts
bell pepper, cut into thin strips
For dressing, mix dry ranch into the cream cheese. Spread dressing over 3/4 of the tortilla. Layer the veges over the dressing. Roll the tortilla toward the dry side...(the part without dressing). Add a dab of dressing to the very edge to keep the wrap secure. Serve within a couple of hours of assembling due to the avocado and tomato. The bell peppers give this a nice, sweet crunch and the avocado adds richness.
