Blue Cheese Dressing


This recipe is super simple and delicious! You'll never buy blue cheese dressing in a bottle again. I buy a nice size chunk of good blue cheese and keep it in the freezer. Its easy to break off a piece when needed. Try it with hot wings, as a raw veggie dip, or a straight up salad dressing.

Blue Cheese Dressing or Dip:
2 Tbsp mayonnaise (I like Best Foods)
1 Tbsp fat free sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp white wine vinegar
1/4 cup blue cheese
If using a frozen cheese, let it sit out on the counter about 10 minutes. Mash the cheese well with a fork. Add all ingredients together and blend well. Thin with milk if needed. Chill and serve. Keeps up to a week in the fridge.
