Freezing Sweet Corn

My friend, Julie, freezes her corn...and it is YUM.

Freezing Sweet Corn:
15 cups fresh, uncooked corn...cut off the cob
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp non iodized canning salt
5 cups ice water
Stir all the ingredients together and let sit for an hour or so, stirring occasionally. Separate into meal size freezer bags, including the liquid. Label and date.
